Żoliborz Business Concept Sp. z o. o. was founded to carry out a commercial-office-hotel investment located at the junction of Powązkowska Street, Krasińskiego Street and Elbląska Street in Warsaw. PROJECT DURING IMPLEMENTATION
On the last undeveloped plots at Stańczyka Street in Cracow, three quarters of the project are being developed, complementing the local area. Within each quarter of development there will be a complex of three segments, based on a common underground parking lot. On the ground floor and on the upper floors, 291 functional apartments and 6 office and administrative offices were designed. The deadline for implementation is June 2018.
